She is at present serving as the Lead Teacher of Nursery in Cambridge Grammar School and College. Her academic training ensures an advanced understanding of organizational structures, strategic planning and leadership principles which she actively applies within her teaching role. She believes that early childhood educators act as both teachers and nurturers, managing a first paced environment where they shape fundamental, social, cognitive and physical skills. She thinks successful management of Elementary students - one must create a highly predictable environment by providing structured routines, visible ques and positive reinforcement.
